Progenisys was designed, from day one, to be a different kind of human and organizational development firm.

The decision to launch Progenisys came after two-decades of research in human and organizational development. Its founders had the idea to move development forward by offering quality business operation products, customized performance services, and implementable high value instruments for communication and conflict resolution.

Progenisys is not a group of out-of-touch business "heros" offering over-priced, mis-guided advice. Progenisys is not looking to deliver contracted and painful employee training interactions that are cumbersome, expensive and unfocused. Where "off the shelf" consultants think of a live business as a classroom, treating passionate business leaders and employees like remedial students, we treat it like a business - your business.
