A little insight into our compass... Our core value is helping our clients move life forward. Progenisys maintains a teach-to-lead ethos, meaning most of our services are designed to become self-sustaining. This approach allows us to maximize both our client's time and monetary investments. Progenisys exists for your development...not your dependence. Progenisys believes your business should succeed because of your leaders, not your consultants. Naturally, when a client seeks the help of a consultant, the client desires greater levels of success in their life or business, not the consultants. For this reason, Progenisys focuses on being a relational development firm. We want our clients to develop self-dependance. Progenisys does not strive to accrue massive amounts of billable hours from our clients. We offer our clients high-value ROI thru an "all-in" pricing for all products and services. That way there are no surprises about what Progenisys will deliver, and what you will pay. Progenisys will not be the least expensive consultant, nor will we be the most, but we will be the right company for you to partner with and move you forward. Bartholomew Reed:
Bartholomew Reed is the lead developer and CEO of Progenisys, a consulting group dedicated to helping employees and businesses operate at optimal levels. Bartholomew walked away from a successful, two-decade career in corporate leadership to launch Progenisys. The decision allowed him to use his best-practice experience and training to accelerate success for both profit and non-profit organizations desiring productive, high-performance, team environments. To every project he brings over two decades of experience in performance coaching and human and organizational development, with over a decade of experience creating and implementing critical development initiatives for a variety of industries, teams, and executive clients. Bartholomew enjoys an active community and family life with his amazing wife, two fantastic daughters, and Vincent, their ʻcartoonishlyʼlarge Newfoundland. |
