Leadership Development

Progenisys LDP's (Leadership Development Programs) are strategically created to be focused, business minded, and budget-friendly. Our LDP process allows any-size organization to develop and shape their next great leader from within their organization, without unmanageable "off the shelf" LDP programs that offer large costs and minimal "real world" ROI. 

Research shows 74% of Fortune 500 business leaders, who opted for an off-the-shelf (OTS) soft-skills training package, were less than satisfied with the level of value added to their organization. 

Our LDP tracks are specific to the individual's position. Participants, along with a cohort, examine behavioral and performance areas that affect their current leadership and managerial style, as well as what factors can impact future mobility and development.

We have three LDP "tracks" for you to choose from:

  • MDP for Managers - Management Development for newer or mid-line managers
  • LDP for Leaders - Leadership Development sessions for experienced or vision leaders
  • ELDP for Executive Individual Leaders - High Level Personal Development sessions for senior and exectutive staff, usually delivered in a one-on-one development enviroment
